So now I would be going back to the community journey, as we had our courtesy call in the brgy. captain of exodus 8-a together with our instructor Ms Katherine Lumakang we are instructed to sign the log book every time we are going to have our visit in the community. As we got to the area we find there purok leader to guide us in our respective family, unfortunately we haven’t found the purok leader for some reasons. So we proceed to our family, likewise I greet the family again as a sign of respect and try to ascertain some enthusiasm in helping which is really our goal. On family I meet again Mrs. Maddie Del mar her daughter Ashley and son Brandon. I finally meet also his husband mr. Filipe del mar who was somewhere in middle east last year, he had also welcome me into their home. I was 2:45 in the afternoon while I saw them hanging with each other some kind of eating their merienda. After their siesta time I somehow ask some questions and let them share to me their experiences after my last visit. I was greatfull to her that there are improvement with regards to the eating habit of Ashley the youngest daughter of mr. and mrs. Del mar as a result mrs. Maddie del mar now can cook any kind of foods but she see to it that she will pair it with vegetables.

Even if I went on that area several times I always look for its positive site, that through this I can be able to help people in their simple problems somehow. The first exposure too I leaned that although you made your fullest effort to remedy some problems you will also encounter some failures just like in the door railing which is very useful when mrs. Del mar is not around in the house and only the kids are there so for the purpose of safety ha may put out door railings. I also learn the programs of the city health office with regards to the maternal and child programs that the office can help for free to the mothers who cannot afford to have their check-ups, supplementations, vaccinations and lots of help.

Opportunistic Bacteria

Destruction of nature can be a cause many disturbances of our environment an example of it is the global warming. We all know that global warming can cause many damages with regards to our surroundings. Another example is the flood, which is caused by damped garbage and cutting of trees. Trees are part of the ecosystem and loosing it will cause imbalances in the ecology, there will be no trees that will absorb the rainwater and will somehow synthesize it and make them food for other organism. That is how organisms here on earth work and if one of it will be lost. There would no longer be balance in our ecosystem; because of it the cycles of our environment will be affected. But can we really see the true cause of this destruction? And on what we have done in our society? Humans are rational being and so they have the capacity to think and solve problems by weighing everything to which is good and bad. The one that I am referring to is we, the people of this world. We have the capacity to do things by thinking the consequences. By not throwing our garbage properly are the basic things that we have to change. It may not be too visible but the fact is big things comes from small things. Somehow as time goes by those little things that we basically do can contribute to the destruction of nature. We people should be counted to those thing, all right things must be on its right paths. We should be developing for good but what happen is that when we are trying to uplift our lifestyle by doing some innovative things to technology we forgot to pay attention on natural things. We are not aware that through this we are trying to destruct our mother nature or shall I say the balance of everything. On microbiology there are so called opportunistic bacteria. Some of us are like them because of our personal needs we are not aware that we affect others boundary. Because of it we are most likely to destroy them until nothing will exist. So how is it when one of us will be diminishing? We should reflect in ourselves that we are the key to promote goodness to our surroundings and a model of change for goodness sake. Let us reflect that each one should lay a helping hand to see the world on its best.
 
We should all worked to attain stability in our nature by doing actions that will help the environment to be on its best. God include in each one of us the purpose in taking care of his other creations, to love his other creations and live with it. This implies all the things here on earth including us are interrelated and must function as one all for the glory of God for he is the creator of everything and the source of each one of us so as rational being we must take good care of our co-creations and have fun living with them by not in the way of destruction. Let us also always remember that they have also their purpose here on earth.

Thoughts on Today’s Conflicts

First, I would like to share my own assessment about the background or present state of affairs of our land Mindanao, somehow here in Davao we could feel the less tension of what they call terrorism, may be for the reason that they can barely penetrate to our city because of the divergent group which is the police, armed forces and more or what we call the re-enforcers, or quietly because of some agreements that was held by our local government. Another thing is that with our internal structure we the sovereign people of this land should not scrap to each other, its very transparent specially on media the conflicts between different sectors of our society and its better not to name them, but I think everybody knew about it. Also the influence of media which greatly affect the interest of the people in doing their individual duties, and we cannot blame them, for the reason that, it was also what they see and hear as well they’ve just relaying it to the public for transparency purposes. We the sovereign people should also understand what the conflicts in our economy are, because even we have the capability to affect our economy by simply throwing our opinion. I can say that giving one’s opinion can affect others opinion to maybe in different perspective but the thing is, it can be a start of a new mentality that would somewhat alter faculty of other person. So let’s just do our part so that they may also do their part as well. Because in this world you should not always look on others deeds but you as well should do your part on a right manner.
Go! for change and let external and internal peace reigns deep in our hearts and in our soul. We may be blessed by the magnificence of our God the savoir of everyone. We should not forget to sprinkle prayers in everything we to be blessed by guidance and be triumphant in winning peace over the other way around.
  

Hello there fellas....!!!! how's your day! By the way i just finished my lunch, and ready to work on our case presentation. I have here at my left side Kate Malnegro, and her heart is literally aching! She want to take some meds to remedy her heartache. Bye!1 Kate you go to clinic and take some pain killers! yah! its Friday and we will be having our discussion regarding our final defense and some finalization as well, however my groupmates ae not yet around so I better finish this blog. Haha! incredible! it took three days just to finish this post! i just save it to draft and just look at it and try to edit some statements! Goooooo! its still nonsence i guess!... but you know what, we had our defense last friday and yah! it's fun and hard! by the way so much excited for the end of semester, but still we have more weeks  to edit our paper for case presentation and submit for re-checking! Haha! I forgot another thing we also have to comply the requirements for the clearance and thus I need comply such!

Thoghts! for the Day!

Some of us are like them because of our personal needs we are not aware that we affect others boundary. Because of it we are most likely to destroy them until nothing will exist. We should not also look to our differences with regards to our religions, for we all believe in him and we all know that he has a place deep in our hearts.

My HOoBYy! (Volleyball)

Hey! are you watching UAAP volleyball in studio 23.... Its all about giving the best in the court arena! and love it! hitting that Mikasa ball, and digging those hard hits. Yah! I'am a volleyball fanatic, and a player when I was still in my high school days, together with my batch mates and our with the person who trained us throughout our four years in playing. When I was still in my first year in training, i know it would be though and i even afraid of my academic grades, and so i hesitate and try to weight everything. But at last I work on on my studies and at the same time balance my other curricular activities. Until I and my batch mates in volleyball reach our peak of year, in the first six, two of us are 3rd year and four are in the 4th year, so we maximize this time to join in different league and on that year as well we got the 1st place on the DACS (Davao Associations of Colleges and Schools) high school division. So we take that advantage to play for the DCAA, and we play against the different schools here in Davao who champion in their division. But unfortunately we haven't get in to the finals. So sad!But you know what, I'm really proud and thankful that I get in to that sport, for it helps me not only physically but as well as emotionally, spiritually and I also got some of my true friends out of it. But now, I am in college and i have no time in gving much effort in playing my favorite sport. I just to what my coach told us that"10 percent for vlleyball and 90 percent for studies" so much for that, than you for reading my experience about my favorite sport.

Yezzzzzz, it's my first time to write my own blog and by the way I had tough time creating my account, in fact I approached my teacher about my account and he just promptly click the icon above and yes its done, thankz mam Cha!. I recently also made my gadget ... something... and i add some of my classmates, they add me too as well. I think this activity would be interesting to all of us for we canbe able to share and relate our experiance in everyday life as well as the things that we wantto express or articulate. Shall I say it can be an outlet of our creativity and an artistic way of expressing one's personal view on everything.
